Geoff Saul wins Chipping Norton District Council by-election 7 November 2013 on a turnout of 29.10%.

Geoff stood as Labour’s candidate in a by-election caused by the death of Rob Evans. Geoff won with 57% of the vote and a majority of 310. The by-election brings the number of Labour councillors back to four on West Oxfordshire District Council. Geoff lives and works in Chipping Norton and has been a very popular candidate. Labour members from Banbury, Witney and Oxford helped in the campaign.
