Hannah Banfield is your Labour candidate standing in Grimsbury & Castle for the county council elections being held on Thursday 4th May.
Hannah says, “As a current District and Town Councillor for the Town Centre I would be proud to serve and support all residents of Grimsbury and Castle.
If elected I will fight to secure the future of East Street Children’s Centre, fight to reinstate the Grimsbury bus service and support all residents suffering problems with resident parking.
I am proud of our local Labour Party who has pressured the County Council to prioritise consideration of a southern relief road. Traffic congestion is worsening and we need to tackle it before it’s too late.
Through my work in social care and customer services, and in my casework as a Councillor, I have come to understand the problems caused by cuts and I promise to defend local services for children and vulnerable adults, which are a lifeline for so many people in our neighbourhood.
Along with my Labour colleagues I will continue to fight for a Horton General Hospital with a full range of services that will properly serve the people of Banbury.”
