Success for Bicester West Residents

While canvassing back in April, Labour member Les Penfold and local candidate Sylvia Howells were made aware of traffic problems on Shakespeare Drive near Kings Meadow Primary School. We raised the issue with Oxfordshire CC Highways and achieved a positive outcome for residents and drivers.  Read more…
